New investment in Bielany

Coimpex company will realize service and trade complex and the office complex in Bielany District in Warsaw

 

In Bielany district, in Warsaw, nearby Noczkicki Street and Zgrupowania AK “Kampinos” Street, a new, multifunctional complex will be built. Coimpex, Inc obtained a permit for a new investment realization from the district authorities, including Faculty of Architecture and Construction.

The company owns 91 ha of terrains in Bielany, on both sides of the Młociny subway station and in the vicinity of Wóycicki Street. The project includes a creation of service and trade complex and the office building at Nocznicki Street and Zgrupowania AK “Kampinos” Street. The concept was designed by Kuryłowicz&Associates studio. The investment will also include development and revitalization of green terrains in the closest area. The small elements of architecture will also be designed around the Młociny subway station.

With the cooperation of the City Hall and Bielany District Office, Coimpex, whose shares also belong to Grove Investment Fund and Prelios, Inc, develops the most optimal solutions of communication in the neighborhood of the future complex. The company anticipates a road modernization, including Zgrupowania AK “Kampinos” modernization and improving road conditionas at Encyklopedyczna Street.

At present, the company does not have any plans of development of the area at Wóycicki Street.

Companies such as JW Construction, Verity Development, TriGranit Development Corporation, PLL LOT and Globe Trade Center have employed Kuryłowicz  & Associates, whose portfolio includes top Warsaw office buildings such as Prosta Tower, Focus, Wolf, Nullo and Plac Unii.
