PKP S.A. put the attractive real estates up for sale. Among the interested companies are: Ghelamco, Echo Investment i HB Reavis.

During the first six months of 2013, PKP S.A. (Polish State Railways, Inc.) sold the properties worth 41,6 billion PLN, which means that sale rose 86 per cent compared to the identical period of last year. Currently, the properties worth over 30 billion PLN are expected to be finalized.

What was put up for sale was a parcel near Warszawa Gdańska., The final list of subjects who participated in tender is not to be known before August 23, 2013, however, it is already known that among the interested ones are such companies as: Echo Investment S.A.; consortium Ymma Holding B.V., Penta Investments Sp. Z o.o., Penta Investments Limited; Consortium Marvipol S.A., City Expansion Sp. z o.o., The City Sp. z o.o.; Ghelamco GP 2 Spółka z o.o.; HB Reavis Poland Sp. z o.o. And consortium Immobel Poland Sp. z o. o. i Immobel S.A.

The other properties that was put up for sale by PKP S.A. in 2013 are, among others: a real estate near Wawelska 66/74 street in Warsaw, a real estate near Zygmunta Augusta street in Bydgoszcz and a building near Roździeńskiego 1 street in Katowice, or Jachranka 74.

The company also act by modernization, commercialization and disposing the stations. It also cooperate with local authorities. From August 2012 to June 2013, PKP disposed of 81 railway stations. It also modernize them, including Warszawa Centralna. The company also intensify the actions concerning the cooperation with private partners on developing projects. The prominent example of those actions is constructing the new railway station Warszawa Zachodnia and office complex WestStadion.
