An office building in the centre of the Old Town in Wrocław waits for a new owner.

The building with the space of 5 159 m2 comprises of six storeys, with about 740 m2 per storey. The historic office building is located at Ruska and Rzeźnicza streets intersection, 100-metre distance east from Market Square and Solny Square. Ruska is one of the main streets of the Old Town in Wrocław. The offered property is characterised by historical development, dating back mainly to the 16th and 20th century. The building's front is situated towards Ruska Street. The property adjoins office and commercial buildings, such as Wratislavia Center, FIG Plaza, Rzeźnicza 5 and Renaissance Business Centre. The location's asset is also the proximity to hotel infrastructure and tourist and business facilities, as exemplified by Sofitel Wrocław, Best Westin Hotel Prima, Art Hotel and Hotel Patio.
