Knight Frank becomes the manager of Nautilus, Cracow

Kinght Frank, a consulting company, will be responsible for management of Nautilus office building, Kraków.

Nautilus is the first building of the Nautilus-Aquarius complex, which is being built on the site of Krakowski Park Technologiczny, in a special economic zone Kraków-Czyżny. Knight Frank, company that is also involved in the commercialisation of the building, has been assigned the property manager of the facility.

Nautilus  is planned to be commissioned in November this year. The main tenant of the building is going to be Diagnostyka company, which is going to occupy 3600 sqm of 6000 sqm available in the building. The office building belongs to ABP Investment, a company based in Kraków, The edifice is located approximately 4 km from the Main Square of Kraków and PKP station building. Tenants are allowed to arrange their space, both for preparation for medical premises and office space of open space type. The hall with reception is situated on the ground level. The office building has four levels and its facade has been constructed with use of steel and alucobond. The project involves use of oversized rooms as well as increased ceiling endurance, which will allow for installation of heavy equipment and apparatus. Nautilus tenants who meet the appropriate requirements will be able to benefit from the public aid offered within the special economic zone of Kraków.

Knight Frank manage six buildings in Kraków and 80 in Poland, which equals to 1 200 000 sqm of commercial space. In addition, the company provides services in investment and development counselling, valuation of real properties as well as leasing of commercial space. The Polish offices of Knight Frank are situated in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice, Tricity and Łódź.
