BPH TFI sells real properties worth over 250 m Euro ed wit

RenaissanceTower and Viking House, as well as Eureka Park - the office complex and Centrum Krakowska 61 - a shopping centre are going under the hammer.

BPH TFI, managing the BPH FIZ Sektor Nieruchomosci Fund, sells real properties located in Warsaw. The total value of which is over 250 m Euro. DTZ is going to be the exclusive counsellor of BPH TFI during the sale, which is associated with the planned liquidation of the Fund, set on the 29th of December, 2015.

 


Renaissance Tower has been put up on sale. It is located at Skierniewicka 10 A, Warsaw and offers approximately 16 500 sq. m. of the leasable surface. In add. ition, under the hammer goes Viking House - the office building located at Pileckiego 64 St. It has the total surface of approximately 3800 sq. m. BPH TFI also sells Eureka Park, that is the complex of the B class buildings. It is located within Marynarska and Wynalazek St and includes, among others, Marynarska Tower, Wynalazek Tower as well as partially built up investment area. The last real property is the shopping centre located at the Krakowska 61 St - Centrum Krakowska 61.

 


During the  tendering procedure we chose DTZ as the exclusive counsellor for the project because of their professionalism and experience of the dedicated team.
