Farringdon Street
HB Reavis chose Knight Frank and DTZ companies to a common representation of a partnership in the lease of area in the investment which is being realized in the center of London at 20 Farringdon Street.

We are glad that we will be representing HB Reavis partnership in letting 20 Farrington Street – says Angus Goswell, Partner in Knight Frank. – I am convinced that a high class office area, which is offered within the investment, as well as an attractive location of the project will attract a wide group of potential tenants, especially that a new Farringdon Crossrail commuter rail station will be soon opened in the immediate neighborhood.

HB Reavis partnership has a great experience on the commercial property market in the whole Europe and the structure at 20 Farringdon Street will be another representative project in its portfolio. The high quality is a common feature for all HB Reavis offices. I am convinced that London complex, which is characterized by a modern architecture, perfect parameters and flexible as well as efficient office area with excellent day-light lighting, will not be an exception to the rule – added James Oliver, chairman in DTZ.

The property was purchased by HB Reavis in November last year. Currently, there is an empty 9-floor office located on it. The effective development and land use conditions allow to build there a new 12-floor structure with the total area of ca. 7000 sq. m. The planned project will be the second, after '33 Central' which is being realized now, investment of HB Reavis in Great Britain.

The investment satisfies the requirements of ecological BREEAM certificate on Excellent level. The facade of the building will be fully glazed from three sides which will provide the interiors a good access to a day-light. Moreover, the design envisages that the highest three floors will be a little bit withdrawn deeply into the office. It will enable the building of outside terraces on their level, from which a view on Fleet Place Street will be unfolding.

According to our philosophy, we are appointing a team of world-class experts to work on each structure. Therefore, we warmly welcome Knight Frank and DTZ in the group of our partners. Both companies may boast about many successes and rich experience on the office property market in London. The decision about their appointment on agents responsible for letting of areas in our second project which is being realized in Great Britain was made just after the purchase of investment at 20 Farringdon Street by HB Reavis. It confirms our great engagement in this enterprise and faith in the potential of British market – comments Richard Saul, chairman for letting in HB Reavis UK.

The new project will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2017.
