ECO AGIS performs low voltage systems in Q22

Echo Investment company chose AGIS Fire & Security to perform all low voltage systems in a 155-meter Q22 office, which is located in a business center in Warsaw.

In the project, which offers ca. 50 000 sq. m of AGIS Fire & Security office area, some systems will be implemented such as i.a. access control systems (ACC), fire alarm systems (SSP), voice alarm systems (DSO), video surveillance systems (CCTV) as well as burglary and assault systems (SSWiN). The company will install intercoms and videophones and perform structural wiring. The works will start in February.

 

Q22 is a 155-meter high and modern office building which is being realized in a business center of Warsaw. Moreover, a representative and glazed lobby will be located on the ground floor of the building. The floors from 2 to 14 and from 18 to 39 will offer office areas, whereas 14-17 levels will be intended for special functions such as i.a. conference center, fitness club or restaurant part. The tenants will have 348 parking places at their disposal in a 5-tier underground garage. Furthermore, the office areas of the skyscraper will be rented by i.a. Polish department of Deloitte.

 

The office received BREEAM Interim Excellent ecological certificate with the highest result in Poland in this category (79,1 per cent). The project of the building was prepared in Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio in cooperation with Buro Happold Poland. The completion of the realization of the office is planned on the first quarter of 2016. The value of the investment totals 500 million zlotys.
