An official ceremony and commission of a modern office building class A to the first tenants was held on 10th February 2015 in Cracow Technology Park in Czyżyny.

The guests who participated in the celebration could see original works of art – photographs made by a German artist – Florian Muller. They constitute decorations of walls in the main hall as well as elevator halls on the ground floor. Furthermore, they complete another elements of economical equipment of the interior – lamps which bring to mind seaside birds, reception in the form of a bow and benches resembling a pier in Sopot. The photographs, in turn, present marine landscapes in an abstractive and linear way. Moreover, the interiors in AVIA are diversified by a recreational garden located inside the structure which was designed and formed in accordance with a Japanese idea of balance and harmony.

A five-floor structure, which offers nearly 14 000 sq. m of a rentable area gross, is located at Życzkowskiego 20 Street in front of Comarch buildings. Some solutions like a green atrium available from the ground floor or a shallow and 13-meter road guaranteeing penetration of the whole area of offices by a daylight were envisaged for the comfort of users. There will be also 173 parking places in a two-level underground garage as well as covered places for storage of bicycles. At present, 80 per cent of space is rented in the office. At the moment, ca. 2000 sq. m of area located on the ground and third floor are left for practical use.
