Echo Investment has managed to conduct over 100 projects on the area of the whole Poland for twenty years since its debut. The total area of designs realized by the partnership amounts to over 1 000 000 sq. m.
The capitalization of the company totaled 25 800 000 zlotys on the day of the stock exchange debut on the closure of the session. The actual market value of the partnership is estimated on 2 773 280 711 zlotys (in accordance with a closing price from 3th March 2015). It means that the increase in capitalization of the partnership totaled 10 650 per cent for 19 years and the average annual rate of return is on the level of 28 per cent.
Echo Investment SA is one of the biggest investment and developer companies with Polish capital in Europe. At present, the partnership is realizing a few large office projects on the area of the country, i.a.: A4 Business Park in Katowice, Opolska Business Park in Cracow, Park Rozwoju in Warsaw Mokotów district or Malta Office Park in Poznań. Moreover, the investments are also being conducted abroad – in Hungary, Ukraine or Romania.
