Echo Investment completed construction of the last office floor in the Q22 skyscraper. The company also presented an untypical movie from the building.

The biggest office investment which is being realized by Echo Investment in Warsaw will have 41 aboveground floors and it will reach 155 meters. At present, the developer finished the construction of the 39th level, that is the highest office tier. Moreover, the last two technical floors are to be realized.

 

The developer presented an untypical movie on its profile on Facebook. The film was made by a camera placed on a crane of the investment's general contractor – Modzelewski & Rodek. The video shows a panorama of Warsaw which will be admired by all employees of the companies which rented space in Q22. Echo Investment notifies that the film should be watched on a computer in Chrome browser or smartphones by YouTube and using Google Cardboard.

There will be ca. 50 000 sq. m of office area in Q22. The investor planned a representative and glazed lobby on the ground floor of the building. The floors from 2nd to 14th and from 18th to 39th will offer office areas whereas the levels from 14th to 17th will be intended for special functions like conference halls, fitness club or gastronomy. The 5-tier underground garage will offer 348 parking places to all tenants.

 

The office received the BREEAM Interim Excellent ecological certificate with the highest grade in this category in Poland (79.1 per cent). The project of the building was devised in the Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio in cooperation with Buro Happold Poland. The completion of the realization is planned on the first quarter of 2016. The value of the investment totals 500 million PLN. Furthermore, one of the companies which decided to move into the new office is the Polish department of Deloitte.
