Busy half-year for HB Reavis

The company rented ca. 51 000 sq. m of space and signed 16 lease contracts in the first six months of this year.

HB Reavis gained 16 new tenants and rented nearly 51 000 sq. m of space in three structures located in Warsaw within the first six months of 2015. The most important contracts signed by the company include agreement with PZU for 18 000 sq. m in Konstruktorska Business Center and first lease contracts in the second stage of Gdański Business Center by Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas as well as Aviva insurance group. It is worth mentioning that contracts signed by HB Reavis constitute ca. 20% of all new contracts in the area of lease concluded on the metropolitan market within the first six months of this year.

 

We realize that the conditions on the property market are still changing and we do all our best to offer solutions which meet expectations even the most demanding tenants and set new realization standards concerning office area. The last 6 months confirmed that the strategy adopted by our company is really efficient – says Grzegorz Strutyński, Commercial Chairman and Member of the Board of HB Reavis Poland. In accordance with data published by Polish Office Research Forum, two from four the biggest lease transactions recorded in Warsaw in the first half of 2015 were concluded with our participation – that is contracts signed with PZU Group and Aviva – adds. 

 

HB Reavis is going to commission other structure in the nearest time – that is Postępu 14 complex located in the business center of Mokotów. At present, the negotiations with potential tenants are being conducted. The developer is also conducting works at the construction site of Warszawa Zachodnia railway station and West Station complex. The commission of the first structure is planned on the fourth quarter of 2016.
