Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA signed a letter of intent concerning purchase of a modern office building class A. The structure, which is situated in the central location of one of the largest Polish cities, offers over 25 000 sq. m. The planned canvassing results from a strategy realized by PHN consisting in systematic increase in share of modern commercial areas in the company's property portfolio.
We are intensifying activities aimed at development of our property portfolio. We are investing in attractive and profitable properties which are searched for tenants of office areas. We have informing the market about two finalized canvassings by PHN within last weeks.
