Postępu 14 office owned by HB Reavis developer received a use permit.

Postępu 14 is the third completed investment of HB Reavis in Warsaw. Just like in case of previous designs – Konstruktorska Business Center and Gdański Business Center I – we also counted on the highest quality of architecture and construction. We realized an attractive building for tenants, staring from its look and ending with functionality and energy saving – says Stanislav Frnka, Chairman of the Board, HB Reavis Poland. The structure is located in the very heart of the Warsaw Mokotów center at the crossroads of Marynarska and Postępu Streets. The investment has from seven to ten aboveground tiers and it offers 34 500 sq. m of office area. The project of the office was devised in the Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci studio. The structure’s solid is characterized by a glazed elevation in grey, black and orange coloring.

 

Postępu 14 received the BREEAM pre-certificate with an Excellent grade. It is equipped with many ecological solutions allowing to reduce water and energy consumption. Moreover, in the building there are applied i.a. computer management system (BMS), air conditioning, ventilation with a central function of air humidification and possibility of individual regulation of temperature. Stands for bicycles and stations for charging of electric cars were also realized. The structure has many facilitations dedicated to tenants such as i.a. number plate readout system. A green patio with the area of nearly 1500 sq. m with many trees was also realized within the Postępu 14 investment.

 

At present, the commercialization process of the building is being conducted. We are having advanced talks with many potential tenants and I am convinced that soon we will be able to announce our first transactions – says Stanislav Frnka. The building of Postępu 14 started in November 2013. This structure is the second investment of HB Reavis in the Warsaw Mokotów district and the third project realized by this developer on the metropolitan market.
