Domaniewska Office Hub, which is a structure realized by Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA (PHN SA) in Warsaw, was awarded the first prize in the competition for the best Construction of the Year 2015, organized by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy as well as The General Office of Building Control. The competition is organized annually and its aim is to select construction buildings which had outstanding performance. The jury assesses each structure in accordance with e.g. quality of construction works, organization of building, time of its realization and economy of the region.
We are glad about the fact that Domaniewska Office Hub was considered to be the best Construction of the Year 2015 in the competition organized by e.g. the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians, receiving one of the most renowned awards in the industry. Domaniewska Office Hub is being realized in the Warsaw Mokotów district. The structure commissioned in 2015 delivered 27 000 sq. m of modern office space to the market in the capital.
