Ocado Technology is an international company which specializes in advanced IT services. It is a deliverer of innovative technological solutions for the largest online grocery in the world – Ocado. The company will rent almost 2400 sq. m in the office complex, which is currently being realized by Skanska. The employees of Ocado Technology will move into the second building marked with the symbol of diversity. The company will launch its office in March 2018.
The Krakow’s department of Ocado Technology was launched in 2012 and it was the first foreign center of advanced IT solutions, which supports our operations on the British market and which constitutes key components of global solutions. High5ive is already the third office investment of Skanska in Krakow (after Kapelanka 42 and Axis). The first stage of the office park will be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2017. The total leasable area of the complex will amount to ca. 70 000 sq. m GLA.
