The Warsaw’s post-war tenement house – Piękna 68 – welcomes two new tenants.

Cenatorium and Leinonen Poland have located their head offices in Piękna 68 tenement house. These two companies moved into the building at the end of July. They occupied jointly three floors and thus the investment is totally rented.

Cenatorium is the first commercial deliverer of full information on the broadly understood residential market whereas Leinonen Poland is a Polish department of Finnish company which specializes in corporate accounting.

We have decided to choose Piękna 68 due to its perfect location in the fashioned part of Śródmieście. A good access from every corner of the city is important for both our employees and our guests. Due to the kind of our business activity, it is of great important for us to be in close proximity to Warsaw University of Technology, with whom we closely cooperate. What is more, we really liked the concept of office in a renewed post-war tenement house. It guarantees unique atmosphere and, hopefully, a great source of inspiration – says Katarzyna Jedlińska, Head of Communication, Cenatorium.

We are going to continue the second decade of our business activity in Poland in a new head office at Piękna 68 Street. It is a convenient and well-communicated building. The proximity to the metro station and numerous bus and tram lines will allow us easy commuting and the neighborhood will provide us with an unlimited number of places for business meetings – says Jan Grönqvist, Leinonen Poland.

Piękna 68 is a 6-tier office building. This investment was commissioned in 1948 and it was thoroughly modernized in 2014. It is situated in half-way through the Warsaw Filtry region and Plac Konstytucji. JLL is a manager of this building. The renovated Piękna 68 investment offers 1600 sq. m of office space to its tenants.

We are observing increasing demand for smaller office areas in a prestigious inner-city location among tenants. Small and renovated buildings such as Piękna 68 meet the needs of tenants, providing them with work comfort in running a business in the city center – says Małgorzata Więcko, Head in Department of Property Management, JLL.
