MoneyGram is to launch its second office in Warsaw in West Station II.

MoneyGram Payment Systems Poland is a part of the global group – MoneyGram – whose services are available in 350 000 head offices in 200 countries and territories in the world. It is a company which specializes in international cash transfers. The new head office of this Polish company will be located in West Station II, which was commissioned in August this year. The company rented over 1300 sq. m in the complex owned by HB Reavis. The tenant was represented by Knight Frank during the lease process.

This is already the second transaction in Warsaw which was finalized with our participation between MoneyGram and HB Reavis. From the very beginning we knew that the key deciding factor in choosing the location will be a high standard of the building and convenient communicational location. West Station meets these expectations by offering a direct connection with the office of MoneyGram in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district and the strict city center. We are glad that we could support MoneyGram Payment System Poland once again in the selection of an optimal location – says Karolina Wilczak-Łuczyńska, Associate Director in Tenant Representation Department of Knight Frank.

West Station is an office complex class A. It comprises two buildings of the total leasable space amounting to almost 70 000 sq. m. West Station office complex has two 14-tier office buildings and a new railway station. It is a joint investment of HB Reavis, PKP SA and Xcity Investment. FS&P Arcus is responsible for the architectural design of West Station. The building has a green certificate – BREEAM Interim – at the Excellent level.
