The portfolio of Business Garden Wrocław is constantly being expanded. One of the newest tenants is Etteplan.

Etteplan specializes in engineering of industrial devices, technical solutions and documentary services. The company plans to consolidate local offices and launch a new modern laboratory and thereby it rented 2000 sq. m of office space in Wrocław Business Garden.

Apart from a convenient working place for employees, a special research zone will be also created within the area occupied by Etteplan. Our buildings allow for implementation of untypical projects whereas functional setting of floors allows to create space which fits the specific requirements set by tenants. The choice of Business Garden by Etteplan only confirms it – says Marek Ulanecki, Leasing Manager of Vastint Poland.

The most important criterion while choosing new office space for development was providing our employees with professional and modern work places, which will be adjusted to different requirements related to projects. The company services clients from different parts of the world and delivers solutions in the area of embedded systems, IoT applications and services for documentations as well as systems for automation of production tests. As distinct from other IT companies, we have our own mechanical and electronic laboratories where the newest technological solutions for different industries are devised. We believe that this new office in Business Garden, which is equipped with research space, will allow us to develop dynamically on the local market – says Maciej Sibiński, Managing Director of Etteplan Poland.

Business Garden Wrocław is being erected at Legnicka Street. As a target, this complex will comprise nine office and service buildings of the total leasable space amounting to 117 000 sq. m. The area between the buildings was designed as a vast garden with relaxation and work zones, where tenants will be able to relax and do sport outdoors. Except for a restaurant pavilion on the area of the garden, there will be also additional facilitations for tenants such as medical center and kindergarten. Business Garden was awarded LEED Platinum certificate. The group of tenants includes the following companies: Becton Dickinson, Capgemini, Dolby Laboratories, Credit Agricole and Ceneo.
