All-Polish Projekt BMS 2017 Conference

BMS Systems – A way to Energy Saving and Effective Building Modernization in the Light of the European Union Directives. The investment process from public orders to realizations.

The second edition of the all-Polish meeting of practitioners of intelligent building management and integrated building automatics – Projekt BMS 2017 – will be held on 18-19 October 2017 in Lamberton*** Business & Conferences Hotel in Ołtarzew near Warsaw. The conference is aimed at policymakers who represent companies of the profile: integrator, installer, facility and energy management as well as technical services and property managers.

Both experts and representatives of industry institutions will share with their knowledge during lectures and debate. The conference will include a discussion panel on “Investment Process with Application of BMS Systems. The Modernization of Public Utility and Office Buildings in the Light of the European Union Directives.” The debate will revolve around three main subject areas: stages of investment process, investment planning, commissioning, consultancy on investment assumptions – technical consulting, support of investor through producer, supportive tools, building and implementation, role of technical team and optimization of motional process. The participants of the debate are: representatives of IFMA Poland, KNX Professionals Poland, SMW Legal, Sodexo Poland and representatives of end-users.

The experts will discuss the requirements for public utility buildings which will be in force from 2018: “Construction 2.0. How to Do it in Public Orders. New Technologies in Construction and their Application on the Public Market in the Context of Directives on Public Orders and Building Energetic Characteristics.” The subject area will be discussed by legal counsels: Konrad Majewski and Kamil Stolarski, SMW Legal.

The concrete examples of implementations will be presented within the conference, for instance, “Case Study on Little Poland Laboratory of Energy Efficient Building.” The lecture will be done by PhD ing. Małgorzata Fedorczak-Cisak, Director of Little Poland Center for Energy Efficient Building on Krakow University of Technology, and prof. arch. ing. Marcin Furtak, Director of Little Poland Laboratory of Energy Efficient Building on Krakow University of Technology.
