The largest financial institution in the world is to launch a new Corporate Center in Warsaw.

Mateusz Morawiecki, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Finance, and Steve Cohen, Managing Director and Chief of Corporate Center J.P. Morgan in Warsaw, have announced during the joint conference that J.P. Morgan is to launch a new Corporate Center in the capital of Poland. The Warsaw Center will deliver services for domestic needs of organizational units all over the world. What is more, there will be over 300 new highly specialized work places within this investment.

J.P. Morgan is one of the most important projects in the financial industry and it confirms that Poland successfully obtains investments of global importance and attracts valuable work places. I am very glad that this center, which operates within the financial sector and new technologies, is going to be launched in Poland. This will contribute to maintenance of highly specialized employees in our country. The investment is an effect of hard work of many people, including our intense meetings with the investors in London or New York – says Mateusz Morawiecki, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Finance.

The entrance of J.P. Morgan to Poland, where such companies as RBS, Citi, Goldman Sachs or MoneyGram have already been present, is a signal for the financial market that Poland is building a position of European hub of corporate services – says Tomasz Pisula, Chairman of Polish Investment & Trade Agency, which participated in investor service.

J.P. Morgan values cooperation with universities, declaring willingness to close cooperation. The company’s goal is to create the most practical faculties, co-create training programs for students and participate in seminaries and lectures.
