Podium Investment chose Re-Bau for a general contractor of shell state of building A. The completion of the first out of three buildings of Podium Park is envisaged for June 2018. The construction works on building A within Podium Park are being conducted very efficiently. The pre-lock-up stage has recently been performed and we had a topping out ceremony. Re-Bau has already taken over the construction site as the general contractor is responsible for completion of the building – says Wojciech Dobrzański, Chairman of the Board of Podium Investment.
Re-Bau has experience in modern office buildings. The company specializes in implementation of projects in accordance with the international certification standards of BREEAM and LEED. The portfolio includes such buildings as CH2M Center, AVIA and International Exhibition and Convention Center EXPO Krakow.
Podium Park is being erected at the crossroads of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Izydora Stella-Sawickiego Street in Krakow. The complex will comprise of three adjacent 11-tier office buildings. The total gross space of this project will amount to 64 400 sq. m. There will be also 860 parking spaces and 310 stands for bicycles. What is more, the investment will offer solutions in the area of ecology and technologies: electric car rental, scooter and bicycle rental, stands for charging electric cars and numerous facilitations for bicyclists. There will be also green areas in Podium Park of the total space amounting to 5000 sq. m, including a special zone: Urban farming. The investment received the prestigious BREEAM INTERIM certificate at the Outstanding level. The developer is Podium Investment.
