Green Caffè Nero In Ethos

Green Caffè Nero - Ethos
Green Caffè Nero will soon be launched in Ethos situated at Plac Trzech Krzyży.

Green Caffè Nero Gold will be launched in the Warsaw Ethos office building in spring this year. It will be a major high-standard café of this chain. Plac Trzech Krzyży is a historical place in Warsaw whereas Ethos is a significant and attractive location in the capital. As a company, we are constantly searching for extraordinary places with interesting history, thus we are very pleased that we are going to launch our new café in the newly opened Ethos office building – says Adam Ringer, Chairman of Green Caffè Nero.

Green Caffè Nero will be a spacious place designed with care about the details. It will occupy 224 sq. m. The furniture for the café will be specially collected from all over the world. The guests will be able to relax on original and renovated chairs from auctions, flea markets and shops from all over Europe. Some chairs and armchairs will be prepared on a special order from local artists and craftsmen. Thanks to the 8-meter-high glass windows of Ethos, the guests will be able to admire the view of Plac Trzech Krzyży. There will be also a large glazed atrium, which is to provide a perfect and atmospheric lighting and abound in greenery.

The new Green Caffè Nero will be launched in the Ethos office and commercial building at the turn of April and May this year. This investment is situated in the prestigious part of the Central Business Area in close proximity to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Sheraton Hotel, the Sejm and the buildings of public administration. The property is owned by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties. ETHOS delivers 17 000 sq. m of office and commercial space in total.

We are very pleased that Green Caffè Nero, which is known from a very careful selection of locations as well as a great care about extraordinary interiors, has chosen our project for the café. Thanks to the central location of Ethos at Plac Trzech Krzyży, we will be able to offer an exceptional new quality of spending time in the big-city atmosphere – during work, shopping or meetings with relatives and friends – says Maciej Zajdel, Member of the Board of Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.
