BOŚ in Feniks

BOŚ Bank leased whole Feniks Office Building, close to 10 000 sqm. The building belongs to Europlan.

Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. became the only leaser of Feniks Office Block in Warsaw. Bank leased nearly 10 000m2 of space, agreement was signed for 12-years' lease. Note that Cuchman&Wakefield was Bank's advisor in that case.

Feniks is a modern office block offering 10 000m2 A class space on 7 levels, additionally, an underground parking with 54 spots. First floor features 1 000m2 of commerce space. The building is located on Żelazna 32 in Centralny Obszar Biznesu. Warsaw Main Railway Station is in close proximity, as well as Zlote Tarasy shopping mall.

Object's developer is Europlan company. Design - Archico Projekt, under Konrad Tanasiewicz supervision, while Modzelewski&Rodek  company was a chief contractor.

BOŚ S.A. is a commercial bank for individual and business client. The bank is present on Polish market since 1991 and since 1997 on Warsaw Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder is National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.

Europlan company, since 2004, develops real estate projets in Central-East Europe. Company was funded by Artur Kozieja, banker from London. Europlan is an investment group which unite institutions and individuals, from UK and US, with surplus assets.
