BB Centrum Building C is a part of business complex BB Centrum which consists of 10 buildings located in 4th borough of Prague. C building was sold, to VIG FUND by Immofinanz Group, in the end of December.
Three blocks of BB Centrum are Immofinanz Group's: A, B and Gamma. Chief operating officer of Immofinanz Group, Manfred Wiltschnigg, stated that, his company is selling assets in order to mantain assumed amount of capital. Mandfred also stated that the transaction enable company's portfolio, in Prague, to be more balanced and is positive with curernt Immofinanz Group's strategy.
Office block BB Centrum Building C is a 7 storey building and offers nearly 13 000m2 for lease, additionally, has 2 levels of underground garege with 207 parking spots. Building C is the first in BB Centrum complex, it was erected in 1998 near Metro's C line and D1 motorawy. Complex offers high class office space and convenient acces routes. All objects feature shops, apartments, education and medical points, restaurants and sport facilities. Around BB Centrum vast green areas can be found.
Between 2010 and 2011 Immofinanz Group implemented 5-years' selling plan, worth 2.5 bilion euro. The plan is to optimise company's real estate portfolio and increase funds. Selling BB Centrum Building C is a part of Immofinanz's strategy.
