CEPD Management will move into Eurocentrum

Building will have 15 above-ground tiers and three undeground
CEPD Management will occupy a space in Eurocentrum Office complex in Warsaw.

CEPD Management (Corporation of European Pharmaceutical Distributors) coo-partnership from the Capital Group Pelion signed a lease contract with Capital Park Group. Company will occupy 1124sqm of office space in the Beta building in Eurocentrum Office Complex.

Leaseholders of the office are companies such as Imtech Polska, Tebodin i Qumak Sekom. The structure has been commercialized in 30%. First stage of the investment will be completed in June 2014. Underground part has been completed, construction works of above-ground storeys have been doing at the moment.

It offers 65 800sqm of lease space, including 63 600sqm of offices. Commercial-restaurant spaces will occupy 2 200sqm, however leaseholders will use three-tier underground car parking (with 612 parking spaces) and 162 aboveground parking spaces. 162 spaces will be put at cyclists' disposal as well as changing rooms and showers.

General Contractor of the building is ERBUD. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the commercialization, and Architecture Studio PRC Architekci designed a project.
