Kancelaria Porad Finansowo-Księgowych Dr Piotr Rojek will move into the first office building of the complex GPP Business Park.

The company Knight Frank was consulting the finance and accounting consultancy Kancelaria Porad Finansowo-Księgowych Dr Piotr Rojek. The leaseholder is to occupy the office space of 540 sq m in the first building of the complex GPP Business Park, which will comprise in total four buildings.

The complex is located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone and occupies 1.3 hectares of land. The first building, Goeppert-Mayer, was commissioned on 30 August 2012. Due to the trigeneration system, the building is the pioneer among other energy-saving buildings. Moreover, the office building obtained the BREEAM certification Application In-Proces which is essential to apply for the Excellent or Outstanding BREEAM certification.

The  trigeneration system consists in the simultaneous generation of electricity, heating and cooling. They are generated by means of two main devices: a cogeneration module and a chiller. This system is the main source of the heating and cooling energy in Goeppert-Mayer. The advantages of trigeneration are i.a. limitation of losses connected with the transportation of energy carriers, saving electricity and low emission of pollution.

In the office building also are installed: the BMS system, high-performance heat recovery system, advanced façade system, beams with heating and cooling, central room humidifier, electric vehicles charging station, optical fiber connectors of ICT networks and many other energy-saving and pro-environmental solutions.
