Law firm Weil extended an lease agreement in the Warsaw Financial Center office building.

The international law firm Weil renegotiated a lease agreement of 2 300 sq m of office space in  Warsaw Financial Center. The leaseholder was represented by the company CBRE during transactions.

“WFC is the perfect location for the headquarters of any law firm. Since 1998 the law firm Weil has been leasing this prestigious office building and a decision to extend the lease agreement indicates the very high level of satisfaction from a long-term lease. Additionally, CBRE has negotiated new favourable conditions of the contract for its client. The greatest advantage of WFC is undoubtedly its location in the inner centre of Warsaw which provides an easy access to the Central Railway Station, public transport and a wide range of other services: 5-star hotels, the Złote Tarasy commercial, office, and entertainment complex, numerous bars and restaurants,” commented Daniel Bienias, the Director of Tenant Representation at CBRE.

Warsaw Financial Center is located at the intersection of Emilia Prater and Świętokrzyska Streets. Its leaseholders may benefit from 50 000 sq m of class A office space and 350 parking spaces. The building was commissioned in 1998 and it initiated development of the Central Business District in Warsaw. In the building modern technological solutions were applied, thanks to which the building is completely self-sufficient regarding power, heat and water supply. Since 2012 an owner of  Warsaw Financial Center has been a consortium Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III from the fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. In WFC the headquarters have such companies as MS Cameron McKenna, Google, Bloomberg, DLA Piper, Chadbourne & Parke, Pernod-Ricard.
