Mobica Limites Sp. z o.o. will move into the office building Maris in Szczecin.

The company Mobica Limited Sp. z o.o is to occupy over 400 sq m in the modern office building Maris Office Center in Szczecin. A lease agreement has been signed for 4 years. The company is allowed to expand the leased area. 

The five-storey building offers approximately 5 000 sq m of class A tenant space. Floor plans at Maris Office Centre enable the fit-out tailored for individual tenant’s needs offering from 50 to 1,000 sq m on each floor in open space. Moreover, the building comprises a three-storey undergound car park. Maris is the only office building in Szczecin that received the BREEAM In-Use certification which confirms the application of energy-saving and pro-environmental solutions. The building is located in the centre of Szczecin, in the close neighbourhood of the Royal Gate and the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin.

The office building is owned by Bywater Properties, the company founded in 2002. The company operates in the commercial property markets within Poland and the UK. Currently, it possesses 16 buildings valued in excess of €50 million. The company's portfolio comprises i.a. Cytadela Office Centre in Poznań and Rococo Office Centre in Gdynia.

Mobica Limited Sp. z o.o, the new tenant in Szczecin, is a British software development and integration services company. In Poland it has already been operating market for six years with the headquarters in Warsaw, Łódź and Bydgoszcz. Its main clients are the biggest international enterprises such as Vodafone, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Imagination Technologies, Skype, Opera, PacketVideo, Ikivo, Frontier Silicon.
