Big transaction of HB Reavis in Slovakia

HB Reavis Group sold Apollo Business Center IV office complex in Bratislava.

The purchaser of modern A-class office complex is Czech insurance company, Česká pojišťovna, member of insurance conglomerate Generali Group. The transaction was made with capitalisation rate a little over 7%.

That transaction underlines the efficacy of a business model in which we are functioning. What is more, profit from the sale will strengthen our financial resources and allow us to broaden our activities not only in Slovakia, but also in Poland, the Czech Republic, in Hungary and in other countries – states Jiří Hrbáček, HB Reavis Group CFO.


Apollo Business Center IV was built in 2008 and offers in total about 32,400 m2. Tenants of the complex are such companies as ENEL Slovenské Elektrárne, IBM, Henkel and many others. The asset of the object is its localisation, near the city centre, along Prievozská highway. Apollo Business Center IV is a part of a bigger office complex. It consists of three buildings, one 16-storey and two 6-storey. The tenants are mostly free to arrange office interiors. The complex was awarded with international BREEAM certificate on „Very Good” level.
