Conoco Philips company enlarged leased space in Rondo 1, and Opera TFI company prolonged the lease contract.

Conoco Philips, a company from the power industry, will rent additional 250 m2 of office space in Rondo 1. The company is quoted on the New York Stock Exchange and includes almost 30 countries in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. In total is has over 17,000 employees. The company has been located in Rondo 1 since 2012. Now the total space leased by Conoco Philips will amount to about 750 m2.


Opera TFI, a company founded in 2004 as part of OPERA Group, has decided to prolong its lease contract for another 5 years. The company manages the funds having alternative investment policy. The company’s office in Rondo 1 is about 500 m2 big.


Office complex Rondo 1, finished in 2006, consists of 40-storey tower and smaller, 10-storey building containing a parking lot, service places and office of the administrator. The complex offers in total about 66,000 m2 and almost 500 parking spaces. It is the first skyscraper in Europe to be given LEED Gold certificate in the category of Existing Buildings. Rondo 1 was also awarded with Real Green CEE Real Estate Quality Awards 2011 in the category Building of the Year. It was also recently chosen Building of the Decade in this year’s, anniversary edition of CEEQA contest.


Architectonic design of Rondo 1 is a cooperation of Polish studio AZO i Epstein with reputable American architectonic company Skidmore, Owings & Merill, known for such projects as Sears Towers in Chicago and Burdż Chalifa in Dubai.
