Four companies from Fiat Group have decided to extend the rent in Warsaw's Catalina Office Center office building.

Four companies from Fiat Group, Italian automotive corporation, have extended the rent deal of a total of 4000 sqm of space in Catalina Office Center office building in Warsaw. During the signing of the deal, the company was represented by consulting group Cushman & Wakefield.

Fiat Group is present in Poland ever since 1992, when the contract to create Fiat Auto Poland in Bielsko-Biała was signed. The firm works in the area of design, construction and sales of personal cars, such as Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Fiat Professional and Abarth as well as luxurious automobiles like Ferrari and Maserati. In a global perspective, via its other companies, the corporation also works in the area of components and production systems.

Catalina Office Center is a seat of four Fiat-related companies: Fiat Auto Poland SA (production and sales of personal cars), Fiat Bank Polska SA (banking services), FGA Leasing Polska Sp z o.o. (car leasing) and Iveco (production and sales of light delivery trucks).

Catalina Office Center is located by the crossing of Puławska and Rzymowskiego streets. On its ten levels, the building offers a total of 21 000 sqm of space, from which usable space includes 14 000 sqm. The location, whose developers is one of the companies from Catalina Group, has been put into operation by the end of 2009. The architectural design of the project has been created in Szaroszyk & Rycerski Architekci sp. z o.o..

The building is located in a good localization, which, due to the new, souther bypass of Warsaw, is even more attractive in terms of its infrastructure. The renegotiation of the deal allowed the leaseholder to optimize his costs - comments Artur Sutor, Associate in office space department, Cushman & Wakefield.
