Pramerica Życie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji SA will take up 2300 sq. m of space in the building made by Skanska Property Poland. The company will move into Atrium 1 office block in August 2014. Thanks to this transaction, 97 per cent of the building is already rented.
The new tenant in Atrium 1 sells life insurance. Pramerica belongs to the capital group Prudential Financial, Inc., based in the USA, one of the largest financial institutions of the world.
The main tenant of the office block is Bank Zachodni WBK from Santander Group, which will take up 12 200 sq. m. The period covered by the agreement is 12 years. Another company which moves into the building is Bravura Solutions, IT company, which will take up 992 sq. m in July 2014. Also, Warsaw departments of Skanska Group will be located in Atrium 1.
Atrium 1 is our most ambitious green office block. It is a perfect combination of great location and exceptionally comfortable working conditions and modern, environmentally-friendly technologies. I am glad that it has been appreciated by both the tenants and the investors. The office block has been almost entirely rented and sold to the investment fund Deka Immobilien-Global before being put into use, which took place in the second half of January 2014, commented Arkadiusz Rudzki, the Managing Director for Renting and Real Estate Value Management in Skanska Property Poland.
The combined area of office and commercial space in Atrium 1 will amount to 18 000 sq. m. The building is located by Rondo ONZ in Warsaw.
