A partnership from PKP Informatyka group rented 532 sq. m of office area in Poznań complex which is owned by Skanska Property Poland.

The tenant was advised by Cushman & Wakefield company. The new headquarters is related to a considerable increase in the office standard for the tenant. Malta House fulfills high criteria of modern office structures class A, including sustainable construction standards. Moreover, there are a big shopping mall and four-star hotel located next to the complex. PKP Informatyka is the largest supplier of services in Poland, aimed at companies functioning on the transport and logistic market. The portfolio of the partnership include such systems as: ticketing, passenger information, supporting of transport services, management of infrastructure and business. In December 2012, PKP Informatyka purchased 100 per cent of shares in Railway Communication Works in Bydgoszcz. The company has also ISO 20000 IT Service Management Certificate. 

 

Malta House is a modern office complex class A, which offers rentable area of nearly 16 000 sq. m. The tenants have a garden, patio and observation deck on the roof at their disposal. The structure, as the first one in Poznań, received environmental certificate in LEED system on platinum level. The office is located on the shore of Lake Malta, at Abp. Antoni Baraniak 6 Street. The building of Malta House was finished in the half of 2013 and Skanska Property Poland is its investor.
