Zaułek Piękna office in Warsaw gained new tenants, thanks to which 98 per cent of available area were rented. Savills agency was mediating during the transactions.

Two British partnerships have chosen Zaułek Piękna on their headquarters. AMEC Nuclear UK Limited, professionally engaged in consultancy, engineering services and design management in industry, hired 653,21 sq. m of area (it will move into the building on February 2015), whereas Fashion Look company, which owns New Look clothing brand, will occupy 182 sq. m of office area from September.

 

Zaułek Piękna is a recognizable office with an interesting architecture which is located in the very heart of Warsaw. We are proud that so many renown and valued companies decided to choose Zaułek Piękna on their registered office. The building arouses a great interest. We have signed contracts with new tenants and we have been re-negotationing present agreements with Savills for two years on the amount of ca. 3790 sq. m. 9-tier Zaułek Piękno is a modern building class A, offering over 8000 sq. m of office area for letting at the crossroads of Piękna and Krucza Streets, in the neighborhood of Trzech Krzyży Square. The owner of the structure is a fund owned by Invesco Real Estate.

 

Companies such as Sony Music Publishing Poland, AXN Poland, GWW Legal Office, Metalexport and Mazars have their headquarters in the building.
