The process of commercialization of the investment was finished at the moment of conducting agreements with Avia partnership and Expander, a company from financial consulting industry. The organizations occupied jointly 500 sq. m.
The main tenant of the office area in West Gate is Nokia Networks (14 000 sq. m). Moreover, there will be also an office of Deichmann Obuwie Sp. z o.o. (200 sq. m), Enel-Med medical center (300 sq. m) and canteen run by K&D Foods company (320 sq. m) in the building.
The finalization of the commercialization process one quarter before its planned conclusion is an evidence for the highest quality offered by West Gate. Both agreements were finalized at the end of last year. We are very glad about the process of commercialization. It is another office investment of Echo Investment company in Wrocław, after Aquarius Business House which was fully rented by us on the stage of realization – comments Katarzyna Kubicka, senior leasing manager in Office and Hotel Department in Echo Investment.
West Gate is a modern building class A which offers 16 200 sq. m of office area. The investment is located at Lotnicza Street at the crossroads of Na Ostatnim Groszu and Legnicka Streets in close proximity to stops of a municipal transport and main thoroughfares in Wrocław which enable fast access to the city center and perfect connection with an airport and A8 bypass. There are also numerous service and commercial points as well as park and recreation area in close neighborhood of the investment.
The author of West Gate architectural project is Arcad studio from Kielce. The structure is composed of six aboveground (offices) and two underground tiers (car park). The building, which is designed in a form of a close solid in a shape of „L” letter, is characterized by elevation which is dominated by large and glass areas.
The office will be equipped with an access control system, fast and quiet elevators, energy-saving air-conditioning, ventilation, air humidity control system, suspended ceilings, lifted floors and eco-friendly lighting system. Moreover, there will be also bicycle stands, changing-rooms and showers at users disposal. All occupiers of West Gate will benefit from a canteen and outdoor relaxation places.
The investment will be commissioned in April 2015.
