Konstruktorska Business Center will become a new headquarters of PZU back office which will occupy first, second and third floors in a 7-tier building. The tenant appreciated a seldom met, even on European scale, office floor with the area of over 7000 sq. m. The removal is planned on May 2015.
The new headquarters has been located in Służewiec district since 2010. Konstruktorska Business Center is located in a business part of Mokotów district and offers jointly over 48 000 sq. m of office area and 1050 parking places situated in the underground garage. The investment, which was designed by Epstein company, is distinguished by two green patios with the total area of 3200 sq. m which constitute relaxation zones with generally accessible WiFi.

In April, two other companies will move into the investment at Konstruktorska 13 Street. Paymax SA, the first Polish deliverer of mobile services and payment terminals, will occupy 300 sq. m on the fifth floor, whereas 1 Minute shop will be functioning on the ground floor of the office and it will occupy 86 sq. m. Hence, the total area of the office will be rented.
So far, companies like Procter & Gamble, Grupa Żywiec, MoneyGram, Otis, Carrier, Comperia.pl, Bilans and IMS Health have moved their headquarters to Konstruktorska Business Center complex.
