Żoliborz One building has 8700 sq. m of modern office area class A. A 5-floor structure is located at Szamocka 8 Street in Warsaw. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for management of the structure, whereas SPIE Poland Sp. z o.o. is responsible for technical service.
The area of Żoliborz One is rented by dozen or so companies. Furthermore, Syngenta Poland, Partner in Pet Food Poland, Pearson Central Europe and Lemon Sky JWT have the largest offices among them.
