Gdański Business Center I
The Agito.pl online shop is going to move into the Gdański Business Center I office complex in June this year. The company will occupy 2500 sq. m in the building A.

Agito.pl is one of the biggest online shops in Poland. Its dynamic development caused that the owner decided to rent larger area – 2500 sq. m in Gdański Business Center I. The company’s headquarters occupies two floors in the building A which is located in close proximity to the entrance to the Dworzec Gdański metro station. Gdański Business Center is a project which envisages next stages of investment. We take into consideration ambitious plans related to the company’s development and we notice that Agito.pl will certainly have a possibility of increasing its rented area and adjust it to their needs – comments Robert Marszałek, Financial Director in Agito.pl company.

The tenant was represented by experts from the Cushman & Wakefield consulting company during the process of negotiations. Agito.pl were looking for the most modern registered office – that is eco-friendly and located in the vicinity of the metro line. The important condition was also adjustment of the building to bicyclists with an easy access to office. We are glad that the our suggested offer of Gdański Business Center met with positive opinions of a client and met all their expectations – says Artur Sutor, Associate, Manager for Tenant Service Representation in the Cushman & Wakefield consulting company.

The investment, which is realized by HB Reavis Poland at the crossroads of Anders and Inflacka Streets, is commercialized in 80 per cent thanks to concluded transaction. The first stage of the complex was commissioned in June 2014, whereas the completion of the second stage is planned on the first quarter of 2016. Then, the total rentable area of the whole project will amount to 98 000 sq. m. The first stage – Gdański Business Center I – received the BREEAM certificate with the Very Good grade and Gdański Business Center II will be certified in the same system on the Excellent level.

The fact that soon the other big and known company will join the group of our tenants is a reason for us to be really pleased. Agito.pl appreciated a perfect location of the Gdański Business Center complex and the number of applied modern technological solutions. I am convinced that the employees of the company will be pleased with a new workplace. The access to it is very easy and one may quickly commute by car or public transport from each district of Warsaw – believes Grzegorz Strutyński, Commercial Director and Member of the Board in HB Reavis Poland.
