Under the foregoing contract, an international Trustwave concern rented 1000 sq. m. At present – thanks to realized transaction – the occupied area will amount to 2400 sq. m. The tenant was represented by experts of JLL during the process of negotiations of new conditions.
Trustwave was pleased with its headquarters and it decided to extend the office area rented in Prosta Office Center to 2400 sq. m. This decision confirms the possibility of a flexible development offered by the building to all tenants. Prosta Office Center is located in close proximity to Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. It offers over 18 000 sq. m of modern area situated on ten tiers. All tenants of the office have three-level underground garage at their disposal. The building was commissioned in 2007. Moreover, it has recently received the BREEAM In-Use International certificate with a very good grade in the category of management quality (building management). The structure is owned by CBRE Global Investors.
