Emerson Process Management – a deliverer of automatic control systems – is going to stay in the University Business Center II office. It will occupy ca. 4500 sq. m of office area within the nearest years. The company was represented by Colliers International during negotiations and the owner of the building – SEB Investment GmbH fund – was advised by experts from Knight Frank.
Emerson has been renting area in UBC II since January 2011. The extension of the contract for the following years is a confirmation for us that the building meets all expectations of the tenants. At a proper approach, the owners of foregoing buildings may successively compete with developers – believes Paweł Lothammer, Associate Director in Department for Owner Representation in Knight Frank.
We introduced the Emerson company to the UBC II building in 2011.
