Decision issued by Office of Competition and Consumer Protection allowed IMMOFINNANZ to become a full-fledged and the only owner of EMPARK Mokotów Business Park – one of the largest office complexes in Eastern and Central Europe.
As IMMOFINANZ, we consider the transaction of the full takeover of EMPARK positively because it signs itself in our long-lasting strategy related to the further development of the IMMOFINANZ brand on our key markets. Since IMMOFINANZ has announced the plan of total takeover of EMPARK, it has been working on enhancement of the strategy and positioning for this project. Among envisaged activities there are i.a. intent of introduction of revitalization changes which will be beneficial for present tenants and attract future ones. Moreover, the company constituted a special and dedicated Asset Management IMMOFINANZ team, the aim of which is to provide services of the highest level for all present tenants.

After finalization of the purchase transaction of EMPARK, the portfolio of IMMOFINANZ includes 19 existing office investments in Warsaw which jointly offer 270 000 sq. m of leasable area.
