K2 Internet is going to stay in the Warsaw Platinium Business Park complex. The company decided to extend a lease contract concerning 3050 sq. m of office area. The tenant was represented by the Colliers International consulting agency during the negotiation process, whereas the owner of the complex was represented by White Star Real Estate.
A crucial aspect deciding about staying of K2 Internet in Platinium Business Park was an attractive project of the office, which became a business card of the tenant. Moreover, professionalism of Allianz and White Star Real Estate as well as understanding of the tenant’s needs allowed to devise a certain model of cooperation for the nearest years – says Łukasz Żelezik, Chairman in Department of Office Areas | Tenant’s Representation, Colliers International.
Platinium Business Park complex is located at the crossroads of Wołoska and Domaniewska Streets. It is composed of five office structures class A, which jointly offer almost 55 000 sq. m of lease area. The investment was founded in 2010. The owner of Platinium Business Park within the office park is Allianz Real Estate Group. Furthermore, the proprietor is represented by White Star Real Estate in all issues related to the lease of space.
