Platinium Business Park 3 has been awarded the renowned LEED Gold certificate, which confirms that this investment provides comfortable conditions and energy saving. The certification process was conducted by Colliers International consulting company.
Platinium Business Park 3 is a 7-floor office building of the size amounting to over 11 500 sq. m. The building is one out of five separate offices which belong to the Platinium Business Park complex. It is situated at the crossroads of Wołoska and Domaniewska Streets in Warsaw. The complex will deliver over 58 200 sq. m to the market. The characteristic elements of this investment are park and lakelet in the internal yard. The location of Platinium Business Park allows for easy communication by means of public transport. There are bus and tram stops, metro stations and PKP Warszawa Służewiec station in close proximity to the building. The users of this complex have also an easy access to developed bicycle infrastructure.
Platinium Business Park is the first existing office complex in Poland certified in the LEED Campus program, which normalizes all procedures for the whole area and all buildings, providing a coherent and pro-ecological management strategy. Green and user-friendly development of the plot, energetic efficiency, low water consumption, care about health and comfort provided by polls, satisfaction surveys and audits of ventilation systems – these are only some of many other aspects of Platinium 3 appreciated by the unit which grants the LEED certificate to existing buildings – says Andrzej Gutowski, Experts in Green Building Certification, Colliers International.
Apart from Platinium 3, LEED Gold certificate was also granted to building 4 and building 5, whereas the certification process in building 1 and building 2 is still in progress.
