The premises in Q22 will be the 11th point of the chain on the area of the capital. Q22 is a building which perfectly signs itself into our business strategy. The prestige of this place will certainly boost creativity of our cooks, who create original propositions of the menu preparing dishes on spot from seasonal, fresh and natural products – Bartosz Serdakowski-Goldstein says.

 

A renowned gastronomic tenant is currently a necessary element of modern office space class premium. In Q22 we aim at enhancing work comfort of its users, thus the restaurant Office Bistro meets our requirements in 100 per cent. We would like our canteen to be additional space favoring business talks in less formal atmosphere – Michał Żelski, Senior Leasing Manager of Echo Investment, says.

 

At present, Q22 is rented in more than 60 per cent. The group of tenants includes such companies as Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, Willliam Demant, Vestor DM, Citi Handlowy and PURO Hotels. We are in the process of further negotiations with representatives of leading Polish and foreign companies – Michał Żelski adds.

 

Bistro Group is currently a chain of restaurants situated in offices in the city center of Warsaw. Except for a broad range of lunch meals, breakfasts and snacks, the restaurant offers a catering service for both business and private meetings.

 

Q22 is being realized in the business center of Warsaw at the crossroads of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. It will offer more than 50 000 sq. m of office space. The ground floor of the building will be occupied by a representative and glazed lobby whereas the floors from 2nd to 14th floors and from 18th to 39th will be occupied by office premises. The remaining part, that is the levels 14-17, is intended for special functions such as conference center, fitness club or restaurants. The 5-tier underground garage will offer 348 parking places to all users of Q22. The structure has been awarded BREEAM Interim at the Excellent level with the result of 79.1 per cent, which is one of the highest grades in this category in Poland. The project of the building was prepared by Kuryłowicz & Associates studio in cooperation with Buro Happold Poland. The investor and developer of the building is Echo Investment.
