Deloitte rented three additional floors (2970 sq. m of office space) in the Warsaw office of Echo Investment – Q22. The Polish department of the company from the sector of audit, consulting, risk management as well as financial and tax consultancy will occupy jointly nearly 14 000 sq. m in the building.
We wanted to create an office appropriate for the 21st c., which follows technological and cultural trends and where our company could dynamically develop its business activity. We also wanted the arrangement of our new office to provide us with maximal effectiveness and comfort no matter of the way of work performance. We will occupy totally 11 000 sq. m on 10 floors. We decided to occupy the next three floors of the size amounting to nearly 3000 sq. m at the beginning of December 2016. It is related to constant development of our company, new service lines in our offer and increased employment – says Tomasz Kacprzak, Financial Director of Deloitte.

Q22 is situated in the business center of Warsaw at the crossroads of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. This 155-meter-high structure offers more than 50 000 sq. m of office space for rent. The ground floor of the building will be occupied by a representative glazed lobby, whereas office premises will be located on 2-14 and 18-39 floors. The remaining part – that is levels 14-17 – will be intended for special purposes such as conference center, fitness club or restaurants. Users of Q22 will also have 348 parking places at their disposal in the 5-tier car park. The structure was awarded BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level with the result of 79.1 per cent. The project of the building was devised by Kuryłowicz & Associates studio in cooperation with Buro Happold Poland. Both investor and developer of the building is Echo Investment.
