Eurocash Group is the leader on the Polish market in wholesale distribution of FMCG products, that is quickly tradable products such as food and drink, household chemistry, alcohol and tobacco. Constant and rapid development of the company was the main reason for finding a new location intended for department of call center. The tenant is to occupy 500 sq. m. NAI Estate Fellows was responsible for conducting the transaction on behalf of the owner of the building.
The building was chosen due to attractive financial conditions and perfect location in the district of Grunwald. There is a tram line running to the city center and two hubs A2 and S11 as well as the Ławica airport in close proximity to the office. The tenant extended the initial size of offered area by additional 200 sq. m due to high attractiveness of the offer – says Patrycja Masiarek, Chairman of NAI Estate Fellows Office in Poznań.
The office and warehouse complex is composed of buildings which date back to the 1970s as well as buildings which were constructed in the years 2000 and 2006. The entire complex occupies the area of ca. 1.8 ha and the total office space amounts to 5000 sq. m. All buildings of the complex were thermo-modernized. Additionally, the complex has a big external car park with 100 parking places.
