Inflancka 3 gained interest of a large developer

The international company that won the tender for building on grounds around Warszawa Zachodnia train station has made another purchase.

HB Reavis Group has bought a lot on Inflancka 3 St. in Warsaw from Lubasa Polska company. The property has 28 700 sq. m., and its big advantage is a valid building permit. As soon as in the first half of this year the developer will begin realization of an investment on the purchased grounds. The project should be finished in second quarter of 2014.

HB Reavis Group is considered to be lead developer on commercial properties market. The estate on Inflancka St. is the company's third purchase in Poland. The first had been a lot on Konstruktorska St., where currently Konstruktorska Business Center is being erected. The developer has also won the tender for building on the grounds around Warszawa Zachodnia train station.

The property on Inflancka street has been one of the best and most desired investment grounds in Warsaw and we're pleased with the fact that both sides have successfully concluded this transaction - said Mikołaj Martynuska, Developer Consulting Department Director at CBRE.

CBRE was assisting the buyer in cooperation with Ex Novo Consultancy company from Barcelona. Transaction's financial services were being handled by La Caixa company.
