ECO Second leaseholder in a green office building

Tebodin Poland, a leader in consultng and designing industry has rented 2 000 sq. m. of office area in Eurocentrum Office Complex on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw

 

Tebodin Poland is already the second leaseholder in Eurocentrum Office Complex. The business center's owner, Capital Park Group, was being represented by Cushman & Wakefield consulting company. Talks with next potential leaseholders are currently underway.

The office building stands out with its high A+ class, perfect location between Zawiszy square and Warszawa Zachodnia train station, with a good access both by public transport and car. The 15-storey building is going to provide 65 800 m2 of ecological office area.

Investment's realization under PRC Architekci studio's design will probably begin in second quarter of year 2012. The general contractor is ERBUD S.A. company.

Eurocentrum Office Complex is the biggest office building in Poland being created in accordance with sustainable construction principles. The building has a LEED CS GOLD precertificate, Polish Green Building Council's (PLGBC) award for the best ecological office building with LEED precertificate as well as an award given by EuropaProperty magazine in LEED Application In-Process cathegory.
