Kliwer attracted the producer of Tefal

Kliwer office building which commercialization is led by a consulting agency Savills Poland was leased in 40 percent by the end of 2011.

The property belongs to Spanish fund, Lighthouse Properties. At the end of 2011 leases in an office building amounted to 40 pct. Over 2.500 sq m of office space has been occupied for that moment. 6.140 sq m in the Kliwer offers office modules with an area from 230 to 300 sq m and even bigger which makes it particularly attractive for small and medium sized companies. Currently two modules are available. The first module is an area of 260 sq m and the second one  is an area of 482 sq m.

Last year three offices has been re-leased. Re-lease agreements have been signed with meat producer SOKOŁÓW S.A. Grontmij Polska Sp. z o.o., the leader in consulting and engineering industry for Europe and IMCD Polska Sp. z o.o. operating in food industry. The first company occupies csq m, the second one  occupies 270 sq m. and the last one has 560 sq m of offices.

In 2010 other companies alse extended the lease agreements. Among them  FGA Fabiński, Gocłowski – Architekci Sp. z o.o. architectural studio from ECO Classic development group and IMCD Polska Sp. z o.o. should be taken into account.

The new tenants are Groupe SEB Polska Sp. z o.o., manufacturer of small household appliances (580 sq m),  Meritum Bank ICB S.A., a specialist in consumer finance supporting small and medium businesses (260 sq m) and ECO Classic Sp. z o.o. itself, the developer specializing in housing (300 sq m). This first one is famous for such brands like  Tefal, Moulinex, Rowenta, Krups, All-Clad and Logostina.

The Kliwer is an office building put into use in 2004. It offers 6.000 sq m of lettable area on 12 storeys. Its strength is good location at the part of business district of Warsaw in Mokotow. The building will be linked to Nowobukowinska Str. soon. Completion of this street that will connect two districts: Mokotow and Ursynow, is planned for Q4 2013.
