Construction and commercialization of Opera Office building in Gdańsk progresses according to plan.

The building is located on Aleja Zwycięstwa, near Politechnika Gdańska and SKM station. Euro Styl's investment attracts lessees , as proven by the two deals signed with companies which are to move into offices in Opera Office already in august. That is the date in which the building's construction shall be finalized.

The oldest and one of the world's biggest insurance companies, Lloyds Register (Polska) Sp. z o.o. is to occupy 519 m2, while 343 m2 has been rented by Polish law firm BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Sp. k. Both companies have chosen first floor for their offices. Transaction was being mediated by Jones Lang LaSalle.

We find the commercialization process' progress very satisfying. The structure enjoys large interest, and talks with next lessees are already at an advanced stage. We're building modernly, which means not only technologically advanced structures but most of all utilization of solutions increasing operation efficiency. This is the aspect that attracts lessees' attention today. Opera Office is a two-winged A-class office building. Section A has 4 floors and around 700 m2, while section B - three floors and 1000 m2. In total, the available rent area in the building is going to amoun to 7300 m2. The building offer an under- and above- ground parking lot, parking spaces, showers and a changing room for cyclists and inside- air conditioning with humidification, power generator, BMS, raised floors, suspended ceilings and many other accomodations.
